Located on the banks of the Ashuapmushuan River, the cheese factory produces organic cheddar, as well as an organic lactose-free semi-soft cheese, not to mention a tasty organic yogurt. Visit this organic dairy farm and learn about the methods of making artisanal cheddar cheese.

In order to continue the Founder's Work of bread for the poor, the Hermitage offers visitors and pilgrims a variety of breads and pastries fresh daily. The bakery La Mie de Saint-Antoine helps to financially support the Ermitage Saint-Antoine.
